Auf unserer Notfallstation behandeln wir jährlich rund 7'400 verunfallte oder akut erkrankte Patientinnen und Patienten. Unser Notfall ist 365 Tage und rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das erfahrene Team behandelt Sie rasch und kompetent.

Interdisziplinärer Notfall 
Bei Ihrem Eintritt untersucht Sie unser Notfallteam und leitet die Behandlung ein. Je nach Verletzung oder Erkrankung ziehen wir unsere spezialisierten Fachärzte bei. Wir decken interdisziplinär alle Behandlungen für Chirurgie/Traumatologie, Innere Medizin, Pädiatrie und Gynäkologie/Geburtshilfe ab.

Interdisciplinary emergency care
Upon admission, our emergency team will examine you and initiate treatment. Depending on your injury or illness, we will consult our specialists. We cover all treatments for surgery/traumatology, internal medicine, pediatrics, and gynecology/obstetrics on an interdisciplinary basis.

Was tun im Notfall 

Kann ich direkt auf den Notfall gehen? 

• Bitte melden Sie sich, wenn immer möglich, telefonisch an. Für unsere Organisation ist das hilfreich.
• Ist eine Voranmeldung nicht möglich: Kommen Sie direkt auf den Notfall. Wir sind rund um die Uhr für Sie da.
• Bringen Sie bitte Ihre Versicherungskarte mit.
• Bei leichten Unfällen oder Erkrankungen kontaktieren Sie bitte Ihren Hausarzt.

Wie komme ich in der Nacht zum Notfall? 

• Nachtglocke beim Haupteingang für den Einlass benutzen.
• Der Notfall befindet sich im 1. Untergeschoss -> Treppenhaus oder Lift ins U1
• Dort melden Sie sich am Notfall-Empfang. Ist dieser nicht besetzt -> Notfallglocke betätigen. Eine Fachperson kommt gleich zu Ihnen.

What to do in case of an emergency

Can I go directly to the emergency room?

• Please call ahead whenever possible. This helps us organize our services.
• If you are unable to call ahead, come directly to the emergency room. We are here for you around the clock.
• Please bring your insurance card with you.
• For minor accidents or illnesses, please contact your family doctor.

How do I get to the emergency room at night?

• Use the night bell at the main entrance to gain access.
• The emergency room is located on the first basement level -> take the stairs or elevator to U1.
• Report to the emergency room reception desk. If no one is there -> press the emergency bell. A specialist will come to you immediately.
